Let's to to the Ex!

I can hardly believe it is the Labour Day Weekend and our Summer has come to an unofficial end.  As we only a had couple warm days this Summer, it just doesn't seem right!  The biggest sign of the end of Summer for many Torontonians is the Canadian National Exhibition.  We have a love/hate with the Ex!  It's so hard to say goodbye to long Summer days!  Managed two visits to the Ex this year and soaked up all the fabulously gaudy lights and delicacies.  And as always, visited the alpacas!

Now we are looking forward to a really exciting and busy week!  This week we'll be releasing some of the Fall/Winter MoonRox Collection as well as doing a fab new show, INLAND on the weekend, September 6 & 7.

Unofficial end of Summer

 

These are photos from a day of fun with friends last week.  A healthy lunch, an island beach day, followed by a return to the Ex in the evening.  We had to go back to soak up some of the delightful gaudiness and of course visit our alpaca friends.  Want one.  Too cute. 

Now the Labour Day weekend has come and gone far too quickly.  Today was filled with sounds of the Labour Day Parade and the buzz of the air show.  I spent the day with friends -- relaxing in the park and dining after a two day whirlwind Ottawa visit.  Ottawa pics will have to be another post...
