Custom Constellation

Recently I got to make this pretty brooch for a lovely lady I met at the One of a Kind Show.  We had communicated via Twitter, but it's always nice to meet someone in real life.  I had fun making this bright turquoise-y blue Constellation Brooch.  It's part of the series of MoonRox Classics ... one of the designs that I will always keep in the repertoire.

Bridal jewels for J.

I was delighted to have the opportunity to custom design the jewellery worn by J. and her bridesmaids for the wedding this past Saturday. It was refreshing to work on something different than the items that I have been making day-to-day for production. I had not worked in sterling silver for some time and also re-awakened my interest in wire work. As always with custom work, it's an extra challenge to make things that have been discussed and conceived, but really the two of us could have had entirely different visions. I was so happy to see that J. was pleased with the results. They looked even better when put together with her gown and all the bridal trimmings! I think they suited J. and the 'maids perfectly!

Constellation Brooch

I recently made this Constellation Brooch for a custom order. It is a design that I now make to order only. You can choose your colour(s) and decide whether you'd prefer gold or silver coloured wire. If you'd like one, send me a note at info[at]moonrox[dot]ca or convo me at the MoonRox Etsy Shop. I so liked how this particular one turned out that I had to take a photo. Here it is.
