Plant One on Me Necklace and Earrings

I'm a lover of plants and flowers. My camera roll is always full of photos of my nephews and then of plants and blossoms! I wanted to make some pieces that were leafy and fun yet could be worn in a very classy way. I mixed brass monstera leaves with semi-precious stones or little pearls for the Plant One on Me Necklace and Plant One on Me Earrings. Clockwise from the top, choose from pearl, sapphire, amethyst and green onyx.

The first piece to show off is the Incandescence Necklace. It is made with the most incredible vintage glass beads from Japan. They are the perfect iridescent shade of champagne bubbles and draped over brass chain fringe!

Sometimes I get caught up in making big statement pieces. This was an extra little personal challenge to make these more soft and delicate jewellery designs! I brought these to the One of a Kind Show a couple weeks ago, and I love the response they got! Glad to hear that some of you like them as much as I do! The Flight of Fancy Necklace, Lariat and Earrings are made with dainty brass chain adorned with brass rods and charms. The same charms are used in the selection of earrings that go with! Voyage and Wanderlust Earrings

I'm a little obsessed with these beauties! I just want one of each! These are the Voyage and Wanderlust Stud Earrings. They are made with geometric brass forms and vintage glass cat's eye paillettes. Choose from four lovely pastel colours. 

I'm also kind of digging the one-of-each-style look as shown in this pretty Look Book image! Why not wear one of each style? The smooth surfaces of both of these earring styles catch the light and dance on your ears as you move. These are perfect for when you need a little holiday from the day-to-day!

Terrazzo Collection

I have some not so secret love for vintage and kitsch and colour and architecture! These Terrazzo Collection makes me feel nostalgic for sunny days gone by but they feel modern and graphic. I think they have a bit of a Palm Springs vibe too! That trip really made me feel like I found "my place." All of the lucite beads used in these designs are vintage. I found them separately in my travels a few years ago and somehow they work perfectly together.

Connected Collar and Bracelet

These are the Collar and Bracelet from the Connected Series. Over the last few years, I have made the similarly named Connection Series which have been some of the most popular pieces I have ever made. These are the bigger, bolder additions to the family and I'm pretty excited about them!

MoonRox Collection for Fall/Winter 2017

Very excited to debut the new MoonRox Collection for Fall/Winter 2017! The website has been updated with 75 new pieces for the season. Hope you will take a moment to check out the new arrivals!

This is the Circuit Linked Series. Large clear acrylic loops are complemented by brass chain. I've been playing with circular forms often over the past couple seasons. Love that these pieces are large in size but soft in form and colour.

Pictured here are the New Rox Chokers. The original Rox Choker was one of my very first designs when I launched MoonRox way back in 1999. Some of you may remember it! It was a piece that really motivated the start of my business. I had spent my whole life making things. My hands were never idle and I was always creating or drawing. This was the piece that turned one of my hobbies and passions into an almost two decade long career. So I am very grateful to the Rox Choker, and I an super excited to bring a new updated version to you today.

I know I have shared this image before, but it's one of my all-time favourites. It was one of the first images shot by Joseph Saraceno when we first worked together on photographing the MoonRox lookbooks. Joe has a way of arranging pieces in a way I had not necessarily thought of, but always appreciate and wish I had thought of! This array of earrings look so amazing. I really must blow this up and hang it on the wall!

Connection Necklace and New Collection Bracelet

Happy Monday! Hope you had a nice weekend! We have had a glorious and steamy weekend that capped off a sunny week. Spent as much time as possible outside. Spring is the best!

Wanted to share a SS16 Lookbook image. Here is the Connection Series. One of the most loved pieces over the past few years had been the Connection Bracelet. It is now sold out, but we've created an equally great updated version and a fabulous necklace to go with! I liked this duo so much that I kept a set for myself. I find that I wear them all the time, together or as separates! The bracelet is lovely on its own or stacked with other bracelets. I've been wearing mine with my labradorite Power Bracelet a ton. The necklace is a perfect piece to dress up easy Summer dresses and casual tanks.

The Floret Earrings are the perfect Spring earrings! Lovely specked vintage glass beads in delicious pastel colours and linked to chalk white drop shaped beads. These are long, bright, bold and cheerful!

Lattice Necklace

This is the Lattice Necklace. I found these vintage pastel flecked beads and had to scoop up all that they had. All pieces made with these beads are very limited, but that makes them more special. In the creative process when designing the Spring/Summer 2016 collection, this was the first piece that I made. I love how one piece can lead to a whole series or family. I'll show you some of those pieces soon!

This necklace is named Lattice as it brings to mind those simmering days of Summer when gardens are super lush with foliage and blooms climbing up the lattice walls.

The Lattice Necklace is available in Mint, Orange and Pink.

Earrings galore

For our lookbook this season, we shot our sunny yellow images as well as some glorious and regal blue images! Here is a look at of some of the new MoonRox earrings for Spring/Summer 2016.

I chose this shade of blue inspired by the palette of Matisse while dreaming of charmed Grecian holidays, filled with sparkling mediterranean waters, relaxing warm Summer evenings, the scent of blossoms wafting through the air. If only I could make this vision come true!
