STUDIO SALE tomorrow!!

It's a snowy day here in Toronto.  I love a fresh fluffy snow, before it all turns to snirt from traffic and trampling.

One more day!

Tomorrow is the last day of this Spring's One of a Kind Show!  Seems to have flown by too quickly!  I have been so busy I have not had a chance to blog until now!  It's late, so I'll try to keep it brief!

Awesome printed home goods from the super-talented Avril Loreti.  Picked up a few pretty things!  Oh, and Avril is the nicest gal ever!

Yummy leather wares from Erin Templeton.  Some of these bags have a pocket to stash your traveller beer.  Could come in handy!  For a picnic, say...

Tomorrow (I suppose that is technically later today) I hope to be able to walk the rest of the Show! 

It has been amazing to see so many friends/exhibitors and all my favourite customers!

Hat weather

It's definitely unseasonably chilly today!  I layered up in a sweater, jacket and scarf too.  It sure seems odd that a few days ago we had an extreme heat alert.  Extreme indeed!  Soon it will be cool enough to break out my new hat from Lilliput Hats!  Here I am (on a much warmer day) in the shop at College and Bathurst with the milliner extraordinaire, Karyn Gingras.  Cant wait to wear this goody!  Thanks Karyn!

A visit at Lilliput Hats

Recently, I popped into Lilliput Hats to get my hat stretched to better accommodate my enormous noggin. It's such a charming shop and studio where they still practice traditional old-world millinery techniques. Visit them at 462 College St.West between Bathurst and Markham, here in Toronto.
