10 years at One of a Kind Christmas Show and Sale!

Here are some pics from the first few days of the Show from my phone. It has been busy, busy so far! So nice to see all the familiar faces. I was thinking back and have realized that this is my 10th year exhibiting at the One of a Kind Christmas Show and Sale. I can hardly believe it! Including the Spring editions of the Show, this is my 19th Show! The booth has come a long way since that first Show in 2001 and product has evolved as the years have gone by, but I seem to always hang on to lots of colour and whimsical touches. Come by booth Y-8 and visit us!

Countdown

There's just over a month to get your Christmas shopping done. Where did November go? How sweet and simple are these recycled wooden trees from Wood & Wool Stool?

It's Sunday night already?

Hope everyone enjoyed a nice weekend. I spent time with family and friends and squeezed some work in there too. Should have squeezed a fair bit more in, but what can you do? Here are a couple cute shots of the pretty dessert table at adorable little Baby E.'s welcome party.

We've got some prize winners! I printed out the numbers of the entrants including two for each early bird entry and folded them up into a jar and drew two numbers randomly.

Making a gigantic pillow

My Sister had an idea for a ginormous pillow. It was all round hilarity buying mass amounts of stuffing, actually getting it all in there, trying to wrestle the cover on and then transporting the biggie over to my Sister's place.

I think it looks amazing as her new and simple "headboard" in her lovely bedroom.

Xenia Taler

I was admiring my wall tiles by Xenia Taler the other day. They are so delightful! I picked them up from the Toronto artists Xenia and Steven a few years back at the sorely missed DUDE Show. Here are some pretties that are currently available on their site.

S.'s wedding attire

I wish I had better photos, but here are some shots of S. in the divine wedding gown that she designed and created. I love how the jewellery looked with the complete ensemble. And check out those killer shoes!
