Last week, at high noon, smack in the middle of a 40 degree heat wave, SK and I went for our annual strawberry picking outing. This time around we had the assistance of sweet little E. At only 22 months old, the little cutie is such a character and so conversational that it's funny to think that last year she was just a little bundle strapped to her Mom in a carrier. I think the wee one loved it in the strawberry fields! Ahhh... the smell of berries baking in the afternoon sun and and a nice breeze.

Then the K family treated us to delicious all you can eat ribs and a lovely relaxing afternoon.
