This weekend was filled with cozy meals, disappointing baseball results, ticking things off the seemingly endless to do list and long city walks kicking around the Autumn leaves. MoonRox Collection for Fall/Winter 2015

Very excited to say that the first release of the Fall/Winter Collection is now live! Please have a look! Hope you like! Or even better, hope you love!

Pictured here are the Configure Necklace and Bracelet. I had fun playing with geometric forms and making a bold and modern grouping. Large acrylic beads are combined with a very large brass box chain in these two fun pieces.

Ethereal Earrings

Over the past couple weeks, I have made over a hundred pairs of sample earrings in preparation for the Mode Show! My fingers are sore, but I am happy with the results.

One of my favourite pairs of earrings to wear of late has been the Ethereal Earrings. They are just lovely! They are lightweight with a bit of colour and some sparkle! They are just listed in the MoonRox Etsy Shop. Go HERE!

Preview: Stunning Earrings

Here's a sneak peak at one of the new earrings that will debut at the upcoming One of a Kind Show. They are called the Stunning Earrings are are made with super-sparkling and light catching Swarovski crystals hung from vintage rippled brass loops. I think they'd make great earrings for a wedding or special occasion or just for any day!

Long Locket Necklace

This is a new version of the Long Locket Necklace. This version features a really pretty round vintage brass locket accented with a cluster of shiny beads. Puffy Heart Necklace

This is the Puffy Heart Necklace in Lime Green. It's just too sweet! It features a hammered brass heart suspended below a whimsical cluster of greens in all shades! It comes in a whole bunch of colours -- 8 to be exact. This is the 18" version on fine chain.

There is also the Long Puffy Heart Necklace which has a larger smooth or floral heart hung from a 36" chain that is a bit heavier.

Blossom Earrings -- Blue Agate

It's the last day of September and I have no idea where the month went...

Each month since I started this blog, I have been trying to highlight a piece of jewellery featuring the birthstone for that month. Many times, the real stones are outside of the MoonRox price range, so I find items in that colour or an alternative stone associated with that month. Sapphire is the traditional stone for September, but agate is the mystical birthstone. At least that is what the internet says, so therefore it MUST be true!

Even though September is hours away from over, here are the Blossom Earrings in Blue Agate with a Tiny Pearl. They feature a faceted pretty blue agate stone combined with a small pearl. New head band available

Tail Earrings

This is a pair of MoonRox Tail Earrings in Carnelian, which is one of my favourite stones. It is a rich and vibrant orange that is slightly translucent. These, like many MoonRox pieces have a bit of a whimsical flair with the fan-shaped fish tail unfurled at the bottom of each earring. There are more colours/stones if you do not fancy carnelian! Just ask!

This is a new piece I created a couple days ago. I really like how bright and Summery this head band is! I made a few others, so there will be more to come. I am just sorting out the photos, but this one is in the MoonRox Etsy Shop now. See it HERE.

Wedding Bells Bangle Set

With mid-June upon us, we are entering the depths of wedding season. Wouldn't this set of three bangles make the perfect gift for a bride-to-be? It is composed of two ten-sided bangles and one round band-style bangle. All three are vintage raw brass. Added to one multi-sided bangle is your choice of stone with a tiny heart-shaped locket and a "Wedding Bells" charm.
