Weird gadgets

I received these extremely odd looking thingamajigs for my iPhone recently. The do-dad on the right is a finger substitute for the touch screen -- kind of like a tiny pen. And you can plug it into the headset jack so you don't lose it. Didn't work so well and I quickly resumed using my own ten digits. And what would one need a wee plunger for? Apparently to suction to the back of the phone so you can hold it better while playing games?! People will think of anything! Not sure about these things, but thanks to the fam for thinking of me.
