Sometimes I get caught up in making big statement pieces. This was an extra little personal challenge to make these more soft and delicate jewellery designs! I brought these to the One of a Kind Show a couple weeks ago, and I love the response they got! Glad to hear that some of you like them as much as I do! The Flight of Fancy Necklace, Lariat and Earrings are made with dainty brass chain adorned with brass rods and charms. The same charms are used in the selection of earrings that go with! Voyage and Wanderlust Earrings

I'm a little obsessed with these beauties! I just want one of each! These are the Voyage and Wanderlust Stud Earrings. They are made with geometric brass forms and vintage glass cat's eye paillettes. Choose from four lovely pastel colours. 

I'm also kind of digging the one-of-each-style look as shown in this pretty Look Book image! Why not wear one of each style? The smooth surfaces of both of these earring styles catch the light and dance on your ears as you move. These are perfect for when you need a little holiday from the day-to-day!

Sweetheart Necklace

Every once in a while, I come across some vintage pieces that I just cannot leave behind. Sometimes they just seem like something I know our customers would like. When I found a few of these Sweetheart Necklaces, I knew I had to share them with you. The Sweetheart Necklace features a simple 3-dimensional floating heart pendant on an elegant brass chain. The necklace is made of raw brass that shows some beautiful patina given to them from years gone by. I love the warm tone of brass. It's golden and shiny without being gaudy.

Dot-to-Dot Pearl Series

I always thought of pearls as kind of old fashioned, but these days you can find freshwater pearls in so many interesting shapes. Got my hands on these lustrous flat disc like pearls and challenged myself to create pieces that were modern, dainty and still classy and lady like. As soon as I made the Dot-to-Dot Pearl Bracelet, I knew I had an instant personal favourite. I have been wearing my bracelet and Dotted Pearl Bauble Ring almost every day. The Dotted Pearl Earrings are pendulum style dangly earrings that pair well with any of the other pieces. For the Dot-to-Dot Pearl Necklace, I played with the linear quality of the fine chain between pearls and decided on a cool Y-style necklace.  The pearls have a beautiful sheen and each has a unique organic shape with some natural divots and character. Earrings galore

For our lookbook this season, we shot our sunny yellow images as well as some glorious and regal blue images! Here is a look at of some of the new MoonRox earrings for Spring/Summer 2016.

I chose this shade of blue inspired by the palette of Matisse while dreaming of charmed Grecian holidays, filled with sparkling mediterranean waters, relaxing warm Summer evenings, the scent of blossoms wafting through the air. If only I could make this vision come true!

Arc Ring

My love of brass is broad. Been working almost exclusively in brass the past few years. Also loving all the home decor in brass that is in vogue right now. Been sharing all kinds of colourful things combined with brass over on Pinterest. And a whole lot of other stuff too.  

Love the warmth of brass and how it looks amazing paired with pretty much any colour! Check out how great simple brass rings are with all of these nail lacquers! SPRING IS HERE!

So excited about our new refreshed website and the launch of the first release of the Spring/Summer Collection!  Hope you will take a look and like what you see!  This first group of pieces features our favourite warm brass mixed with mellow soft pastel tones and neutrals.  A nice selection to ease you into the season of renewal.  The new site is full of lots of large high res pictures to better show you what we got!  Let us know if you have any feedback.

One of a Kind Show Online Shop Launch

This is a long overdue post but, it's timely with the One of a Kind Show coming up in just weeks!  A few months back, I had the honour of taking part in the launch event for the One of a Kind Online Shop!  Now you can find many of your show favourites all year round at the Online Shop.

The event was lovely.  It was at L'Ouvrier which is a very pleasant light-filled restaurant on Dundas near Bathurst.  The participating exhibitors each had a station where we did our thing creating work.  Got a chance to mill about, sample tasty snacks and chat with bloggers and press.  Samples of product to be sold online were showcased throughout the restaurant.  I definitely spotted some goods to add to my wish list!

Really enjoyed the evening and I think the website was very well received!
